Her belief is simple: if you can stay on track during the holidays, you can do it anytime. Generally, Carly advises against embarking on weight loss endeavors during the holiday season. Instead, she encourages making mindful choices to prevent weight gain and prioritizing weight maintenance.

Carly is dedicated to encouraging, educating, and empowering her clients. With her guidance, you'll gain the skills and knowledge to make better choices, even during the busiest, most indulgent time of the year. What's Included?

8 Week Fitness Program

Choose from three strength-building workout programs: At Home, Gym Beginner, and Gym Experienced. All of these include an 8-week workout program, divided into two, 4-week parts. We will dive right into your fitness routines on Week 1. Included in your program is exclusive access to my training app, featuring instructional videos for your exercises and the ability to log your workouts while tracking your progress over time. Additionally, your fitness plan will include a daily movement requirement. These programs are designed to be progressive, serving as a foundation for mastering essential exercises. When consistently followed over extended periods, these fitness programs have the potential to bring about substantial changes to your physique. You will also receive a printable workout planning sheet so that each week you can map out what days you will do each workout. This program is designed to be flexible with your holiday and workout schedule.

Meal Planning Assistance

This program follows a habit-stacking approach, which means that in week 2, we'll introduce the topic of nutrition. You will receive a meal planning sheet with a grocery planning list, meal suggestions, protein recommendations, and practical advice for making healthier choices when dining out or attending social gatherings throughout the holiday season. It's important to note that this program isn't primarily aimed at weight loss, but rather at cultivating sustainable healthy habits. However, as you incorporate increased movement, exercise, and improved nutrition, you might naturally notice some weight management benefits. If you're specifically interested in building muscle, you'll also find valuable tips for achieving your goals in your guidebook.

Healthy Habits Guidebook

Arguably the most important part of this program, you will receive an exclusive guidebook written by Carly Leasure with specific tips to building your fitness routine, mastering your nutrition, protein importance, and Carly's top recommended healthy habits to getting and staying on track. For the first five weeks we will progressively add in new habits, and weeks 6-8 we will be putting them all into practice. 

Facebook Community Support Group

Our Facebook group will be your go-to source for guidance, motivation, and peer support. Your trainer and nutrition coach, Carly Leasure, will be actively engaging in the group, providing expert advice and answering your fitness and nutrition questions. Share your progress and find accountability among the group. Carly will hold a once weekly live Q&A session chat about the habits and strategies for that week. 

Habit Tracking

For people who like to physically cross things off their checklist, you will receive a printable habit tracker sheet, or you can use the app to track your habits. Each week as we build our healthy habits, your tracking sheet will get a bit longer, so you can be sure you are staying on track with each habit we are building. These sheets will also provide some journaling opportunities, to help you review what is and isn't working for you.

  • This program does not include a specific dietary plan.
    (It focuses on teaching you the essential habits needed to make better food choices and empowering you to lead a healthier lifestyle.) 

  • This program does not include specific calorie recommendations.
    (Please reach out to me personally to talk about specific physique goals.)

  • This program is not suitable for individuals history of injury or underlying health conditions.
    (Please reach out to your doctor if you are unsure if you should participate in this program.)

  • This program is not for people looking for an easy path to weight loss.
    (While certainly attainable, weight loss is not easy, and I advise you to run from anyone who says they have an easy quick fix for you.) 

  • This program is not a guarantee of specific results.
    (Again, this is a habits building program: learning the basics of a healthy lifestyle and making healthy choices with no food regret.)
